1. BOOKING & SHIPPING

✦ Reservations and Shipping:

The wig must be ordered or shipped within 48 hours of booking to secure your slot. Otherwise, a 30% reservation fee will be required.

✦ Shipping Fees:

The client is responsible for all shipping fees, both for sending and returning the wig.

✦ Shipping Damages:

The stylist is not liable for any damage caused during shipping. However, photo documentation of the secured package will be provided for assurance.

✦ Shipping Schedule:

The Stylist only accepts deliveries and shipments between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Any deliveries attempted outside of these hours may fail to be recieved. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all courier bookings comply with this delivery window.

✦ Packaging Recommendation:

Clients are highly encouraged to select a foam head packaging option if not using Same-Day Delivery to ensure safer shipment.

2. PROJECT HANDLING & OWNERSHIP

✦ Unclaimed Wigs:

Wigs must be claimed within 10 days after the agreed deadline. Unclaimed wigs may be retained by the stylist and will no longer be available for retrieval.

✦ Right to Decline:

The stylist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission without obligation to provide a reason.

3. CREATIVE PROCESS & EXPECTATIONS

✦ Inquiry and Project Details:

For clarity, all details mentioned during the inquiry should be included in the form. The stylist will follow the information in the submitted form, and any details not indicated may be disregarded.

✦ Content Use & Stylist’s Rights:

The client's wig may be used for content creation or worn as a sample by the stylist unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

✦ Style Disclaimer:

The final wig may not be an exact replica of the reference due to variations in technique and the stylist’s unique creative approach. However, it will closely reflect the intended look.

✦ Vision & Revisions:

Clients must clearly communicate their desired style before work begins. Major changes afterward may incur additional fees.

✦ Accessories:

Please include any major wig accessories (unless explicitly requested otherwise) to avoid delays and ensure styling accuracy.

✦ Communication Reminder:

Clear, detailed communication ensures the best results and allows for fair pricing. The more specific your input, the smoother the experience.

✦ Deadline Policy:

Clients are required to set their deadline at least 3–5 days prior to the actual date of use. This buffer period allows time to accommodate potential delays such as shipping issues, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances. The stylist will treat the declared deadline as the final delivery date, and is not responsible for any issues arising from deadlines set too close to the actual use date.
